Stelios Anastasiades is the founder and CEO of Telia & Pavla BBDO, a leading advertising agency in Cyprus. Raised in the USA, he studied Mass Media Communications at the University of Delaware and began his career as Assistant and Technical Director at WIRV TV. Returning to Cyprus in 1981, he joined the offshore firm, Memo Marketing, before founding Telia & Pavla Advertising Ltd., which quickly gained recognition for its innovation and creativity. Under Stelios’s leadership, the agency became the most award-winning in Cyprus and the first to join a global network—BBDO Worldwide. Today, it continues to lead in the digital and AI dominated world with creativity and results-driven strategic insights.
