Chrysanthos Tsouroullis studied law and Journalism and holds diplomas in ‘Crisis Management and Media Communication Management’ and ‘Leadership in economic reform development’ from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. During his student years at Athens Law School he had a strong and varied activity on social and political issues and served as president of the Cyprus Students ‘ Union for two consecutive years. Upon returning from his studies, he writes for the newspaper Politis. In 2000 he becomes presenter of CyBC’s nightly newscast. In 2002 he became editor-in-chief and presented a daily news show at CyBC and soon became the anchor man of the main news bulletin while continuing to write in print. In 2007 he joined Dias Media Group as editor-in-chief and presenter of a daily news TV show at Sigma TV. He then took over the editor – in-chief and presentation of the successful TV show ‘60 Minutes’ and became the anchor man of the main news bulletin at Sigma TV and political editor at ‘Simerini’ newspaper. In 2012 he became the manager and chief editor of DIAS news department. Since 2014, he is the CEO of Dias Group and Sigma TV.
